Screenwriter Rick Ferreira, a UCLA Film School graduate, continually breaks new ground in the world of Digital Feature Film Special Effects and Film Restoration. He has been Supervising the lab work done on classics for many years. He hopes this new hybrid of streaming video and storyboarded screenplay will find an enthusiastic audience.

Currently he is developing
THE BENCH as a television series, as well as several feature scripts.

MARCH 21, 2004 // VIFFI FINALIST

Rick Ferreira, screenwriter and author, has been honored by the Valley International Film Festival as a top finalist in the 2004 competition for motion picture screenplays.  His script Long Walk Home, the story of the reuniting of a family separated by great distance and adversity, will be among the elite group of competitors at the gala awards ceremony set for March 28, 2004.  Among the awards presenters and achievement honorees will be such celebrities as Henry Winkler, Dean Caine, Dick Van Patten, Joseph Campanella, Krishna Shah, and Sid and Marty Kroft.
