Author, Artist and Guest Speaker

Preschoolers - appox. 15-20 minutes

For our littlest friends we have a coloring contest and special reading time together. I will supply artwork for classes to duplicate and distribute. Everyone wins an Official JIMMY JET pair of wings!

Kindergarten to First Grade - appox. 20-30 minutes

In addition to the activities above I will walk them through the actual

production process of illustrating a book!

Second Grade and above - appox. 30-45 minutes

In addition to the activities above I will show them a little about the

actual writing process that goes into a book!

I will spend more time answering questions and sketching samples.

Everyone wins an Official JIMMY JET pair of wings!

All Student Groups

Will be introduced to the Commander with a simple show & tell time

of books & toys & games from my archives.

Arrangements will be made to ensure each child gets an autographed

book or bookmark.

Flight suit and crash helmet are the uniform of the day.

Special effects JET PAK is undergoing final flight testing NOW.

Sponsors needed for launch of ROCKET CAR!

With age appropriate groups I will discuss where my ideas come from, how I weave them into a plot and then go about creating the illustrations. Older children will grasp current technology used in the printing process. I will answer as many questions as I can.
