Dear Editor,

Thank you for the chance to share my work with you and with your readers.
I have compiled a family oriented comic feature and I trust you will be able to convey both my commitment and excitement to the rest of your editorial team. I sincerely appreciate the chance to work with you.

Here is a brief description of my story books -- I call them WONDER-BOOKS.

These are the famous books about a young boy whose sense of purpose, self esteem and faith in the future are born out by the loving support of his family and friends. Combining dramatic illustration with role models, social responsibility, individuality and a personal sense of power, WONDER-BOOKS boasts, "We build healthy kids four different ways."

Only a few months old, JIMMY JET has already been embraced by the NEA's "Read Across America" program, the Comic Industry's "FREE COMIC BOOK DAY" and the National Teacher's Gazette.

In addition to the hard copy editions of JIMMY JET, Blue Pacific Newspapers has begun syndicating the property as a weekly feature in it's West Coast papers throughout Santa Monica, Culver City and Westchester in May of 2003.

To support such a syndication I have created a 13 week cycle of the first story:
"THE ORIGIN OF JIMMY JET."
If my math is correct, we can successfully publish 4 complete 13 week cycles in the course of a year.
Since I am already completing the third installment of the series -- I foresee no problem in staying ahead of the newspaper production schedules.

The first (and presumably following) cycle(s) consist of:
- a 4 week installment intro/teaser/setup
- an 8 week installment storyline
- and a single "epilogue"
all contributing to a 13 week cycle that completes one story.

All hi-rez final art and low-rez previews for the first cycle are complete.
WONDER-BOOKS is offering this feature in a state of "turn-key" readiness at your normal freelance rates.
